    Matt Scull

    President / Managing Partner

    Before founding FRR, Matt was deeply involved in the racing world. He is a graduate of the Amplify Horse Racing Mentorship Program, learned how young horses are developed working at a training facility in Florida, and has developed relationships within the industry over the past six years. He’s a graduate of Clemson University and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Entrepreneurship.

    Matt will oversee all decisions as it pertains to the acquisition & sale of horses for this group.

    Brian Mills

    Vice President / Managing Partner

    Brian has been a managing partner since the inception of FRR. Brian’s been around racehorses since a young age, entering his first winner’s circle at eight years old.

    He played Division 1 lacrosse & received a degree in Civil Engineering at Hartford University. Brian leads the marketing and communications for the group.

    Nick DeMartino

    Managing Partner

    Nick has held roles working for tracks in New York and has spent his whole life attending races at the NY-based racetracks. He holds his Bachelor’s in Accounting & MBA in Accounting from St. John’s University, as well as an Advanced Certificate in Business Education from Hofstra University.

    He will lead the due diligence process for the NY-based claiming string.

    Thomas Molloy

    Head Kentucky Trainer, Advisory Board Member

    Whether he’s prepping a young prospect for their debut or bringing a veteran claimer back to form, Thomas approaches each day with the same goal: give the horse every chance to succeed and bring his team to the winner’s circle. Under his leadership, First Rodeo Racing continues to grow its presence at major circuits like Churchill Downs, Keeneland, and Turfway Park.

  • Conor Foley - Oracle Bloodstock

    Bloodstock Agent, Advisory Board Member

    Conor’s expertise in horse performance and market analysis brings comprehensive insight spanning breeding, racing, and commercial aspects of the industry. Conor has selected multiple classic winners, including Belmont Stakes winners Dornoch and Mo Donegal.  Yearlings selected by Conor made up 10% of the 2024 Kentucky Derby field. Conor will oversee the selection of unraced horses for the group & serve as an advisor.
